While the physiology and anatomy of pediatric and adult congenital heart disease and adult acquired heart disease are entirely different, there are shared characteristics of success at Memorial.

Also, Nurses and Surgical Technologists are assigned to CVOR teams that work together on a daily basis – and work with a core group of cardiac surgeons and cardiac anesthesiologists – which helps to further improve patient care.”
