*Regular employees hired to fill an ongoing, budgeted position are eligible to enroll in benefits within 30 days of their hire date. A full-time employee is hired to fill a regular position and works a schedule consisting of seventy-two (72) or more hours per pay period. A part-time employee is hired to work less than seventy-two (72) hours per pay period and may or may not have a defined and consistent work schedule. Part-time employees who work fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for benefits.
